1. Material selection of terminal block

The copper used for the terminal material (copper strip) is mainly brass and bronze (the hardness of brass is slightly lower than that of bronze), and brass accounts for a large proportion. In addition, different coatings can be selected according to different requirements.

2. Selection of insulating sheath

Commonly used sheath materials (plastic parts) mainly include PA6, PA66, ABS, PBT, pp, etc. According to the actual situation, flame-retardant or reinforcing materials can be added to the plastics to achieve the purpose of strengthening or flame-retardant, such as adding glass fiber for reinforcement.

Select the corresponding wire according to the different use environment.

4. Selection of dressing materials

The bundle has the functions of abrasion resistance, flame retardance, corrosion prevention, interference prevention, noise reduction and beautification. Generally, binding materials are selected according to the working environment and space size. In the selection of packaging materials, there are usually adhesive tapes, corrugated pipes, PVC pipes, etc.
