The terminal wire, also known as Flexible FlatCable (FFC), can select the number and spacing of wires at will, which makes wiring more convenient, greatly reduces the volume of electronic products, reduces production costs, and improves production efficiency. It is most suitable for data transmission cables between mobile parts and mainboards, between PCBs and PCBs, and in small electrical equipment. Common specifications include 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.25mm, 1.27mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.54mm flexible cable cables with various spacing.

Common models of terminal wire
Type A: both ends are connected and the reinforcing plate is pasted on the insulating tape;
Type B: the reinforcing plate is directly pasted on the insulating adhesive tape;
Type C: the reinforcing plates at both ends are directly pasted on the conductor;
Type D: the reinforcing plates at both ends are directly pasted on the conductor;
Type E: one end of the reinforcing plate is pasted on the insulating tape, and the other end is directly soldered;
Type F: the reinforcing plates at both ends are directly pasted on the insulating tape, and the inner half is peeled off;
Type G: direct soldering at both ends.

Process of crimping
1 Prepare terminal wires and wires according to the requirements of process documents
2 Pull off the wire cover and tidy the wire and tie it with rubber band
3 Grasp the wire and place it on the left side of the crimping lug
4 Gently press the wire against the crimp positioning block and align the wire with the crimp pin
5 Tread lightly
6 Slide the crimped wire out of the right side of the crimping lug
