According to the visual inspection, the fault location and general fault characteristics can be quickly distinguished.

3、 Test methods for automobile wiring harness and instrument equipment

The fault of automobile circuit can be diagnosed by using comprehensive fault detector, digital multimeter, oscilloscope, current clamp and other instruments and equipment. For vehicles equipped with electronic control systems, comprehensive fault diagnosis tools are generally used to search for fault codes and determine the fault range of the vehicle. Then use a digital multimeter, current clamp or lute to check the working voltage, resistance, current or waveform of the relevant power circuit, and determine the fault location of the vehicle harness transmission line.
