Manufacturing process of terminal harness processing

1. Wire cutting: check whether the standard type of wire is correct; Whether the standard meets the requirements.


2. Peeling: check whether the peeling opening is uniform, core wire and group wire cannot be peeled, and whether the peeling standard is correct.


3. Marshalling disposal: whether the trimming standard is correct, whether the trimming is uniform, and whether the core wire can not be damaged during trimming.


4. Peel the endothelium: check whether the peeling opening is flush; Whether the peeling standard is correct; No core wire peeling and copper wire breaking; The insulator cannot fall off when half stripping.


5. Sleeve shortening pipe: check whether the specification and model of shortening pipe are correct.


6. Prepare for soldering: check whether the temperature of the tin furnace is correct; Whether the copper wire of the core wire is well sorted before soldering, and whether it has the appearance of bifurcation, bending, discount, etc; Check whether the copper wire is bifurcated, big end, uneven, and the insulation skin is scalded after preparing for soldering.


7. Solder: check whether the temperature of electric soldering iron is correct; Do not burn the insulation layer. The solder joints shall be lubricated and free of solder joints. False or false soldering is not allowed.


8. Terminal pressure: whether the standards of terminals and wires are correct; Whether the terminal is pressed with bell mouth, tilted, and whether the insulation skin and core wire are exposed too long or too short.

9. Terminal puncture: check whether the connector and terminal type are correct; Whether the terminal has damage, deformation and other appearance; Check whether the terminal has electric leakage, wrong insertion, improper puncture, etc.


10. Customized crimping of flat cable: check whether the connector type is correct; Whether the wiring direction is correct; Whether the core wire is damaged, exposed or burnt; Whether the crimping is in place.


11. Blow and shrink the short pipe: whether the shortening of the short pipe is excellent, and the insulation skin cannot be burnt.


12. Assembly of shell: whether the shell has defects such as misplacement, scratch, burr, missing parts, screw screwing, oxidation, discoloration and looseness, and whether there is improper matching after assembly; If the housing is oriented, it must be assembled as required.


13. Labeling: check whether the label content is correct, clear and free of hyphenation; Whether the label standard is correct; Whether the label is dirty or damaged; Whether the label is pasted in the correct direction.


14. Binding tape: check whether the standard, color and orientation of binding tape are correct; No cracking or loosening.


15. Injection molding: check whether there is dirt on the mold, and whether there is lack of material, bubbles, poor adhesion and hardening in the molding part.


16. Plug molding: check whether the plug molding has defects such as damage, unevenness, lack of material, burr, sundries, streamline, etc., and recognize that the metal terminal has no defects such as deformation, damage, copper exposure, etc.


17. Electrical inspection: check according to the requirements of the corresponding product inspection instruction sheet.


18. Appearance inspection: all visible items shall be inspected.
