The operation process of the air-tightness detector of the new camera on-board harness.

1. The force calibrator used before the test is used to calibrate the water impact force sprayed by the airtightness detector of the camera on-board harness, which is 0.9N-1.2N according to the standard. Place the force calibrator vertically under the nozzle, connect the data line at the same time, turn on the nozzle spray, and it is qualified when the impact force reaches the standard.

2. Place a sample less than 250mm, use the camera on the vehicle to test the water resistance of the sample, fix it in the middle of the turntable with a fixture, and manually adjust the turntable and nozzle of the sample until the specified distance is maintained from the sample.

3. Turn on the heating switch of the airtightness detector of the camera on-board harness, and heat the test water to about 80 ℃.

4. On the control system of the airtightness detector of the camera on-board harness, set the test time to 30 seconds (injection time of each nozzle) and the injection interval to 10 seconds. If the sample needs to be powered on for testing, turn on the sample power supply, and set the power-on time and power-off time at the same time.

5. Open the test and check the sample spraying condition through the observation window of the airtightness detector of the camera on-board harness. After the test is completed, it will automatically stop and give an alarm.
