For special requirements, identification shall be made in the process documents, and the operators shall be trained. For example, some wires need to pass through the sheath before crimping. They need to pre-install wires, then return from the pre-installation station, and then crimp; There are also special crimping tools for piercing and crimping, with good electrical contact performance.


Then comes the pre-installation process. Prepare the operating instructions before installation. In order to improve the assembly efficiency, it is necessary to set up a complex harness pre-assembly station. The rationality of the pre-assembly process directly affects the assembly efficiency and reflects the technical level of the technicians. If there is less pre-assembly or the assembly route is unreasonable, it will increase the workload of the assembler and slow down the assembly line, so the process personnel should always stay at the site to summarize.


The last step is the assembly process. According to the specifications and dimensions of the assembly platen, tooling equipment and material box designed by the Product Development Department, the number of all assembly jackets and accessories can be pasted on the material box to improve the assembly efficiency. Prepare the assembly contents and requirements of each station, balance the whole assembly station, prevent excessive workload and reduce the speed of the whole assembly line. In order to achieve site balance, technicians must be familiar with each operation, calculate the site working time, and adjust the assembly process at any time.


In addition, harness technology also includes the preparation of material consumption quota table, man-hour calculation, worker training, etc. Because the technical content is not high, it will not be described in detail.
